The founder, Renee, is a naturally gifted energy healer and mystic. Her approach to creating the most beneficial session is listening to both what is being shared and what is in the underlying energies, then creating a unique service to address specific needs for each client - mind, body and spirit. 

Cupping and energy work can be deeply healing to the nervous system - we all know our modern society and roles put great demand on our systems. Often, we become stuck in flight or fight, causing emotional and physical dis-ease. We get trapped in certain frameworks or ruts, and our energy becomes entrenched in these patterns that our body then carries. Through body and energy work, we are able to move stuck areas in our lives to a feeling of ease, trust and flow, as well as getting more out of our physicality and feeling good in body.
